Payment by this process will ensure that you get the products you need as quickly as possible. We will send you the requested data as soon as we receive the faxed or emailed copy of a campaign account check.
By faxing or emailing a scanned image of a signed campaign account check, you agree to the following payment processing:
1. Once you receive your invoice from Campaign Data, please fax or email a scanned copy of a campaign account check signed by the campaign treasurer. The check must be legible. Please include our invoice number on the check or somewhere on the image page that is sent to us.
The following statement must be written or printed on the scanned page along with the copy of the check:
"I agree to mail this check to Campaign Data within 24 hours of today's date."
