Hugh Cochran: Hugh Cochran is the owner and president of Campaign Data and is responsible for generating all election and demographic data. He received his BS degree in mathematics and physics from the University of Michigan in 1969. He was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 29 years until his retirement in 1996.
